Thanks for visiting my site. I am an author, writer, and blogger whose passions include connecting people and affecting change. I’m also a self described sports, tech, music, and peanut butter junkie.
I currently live in Tampa, FL, and am the father of two awesome kids. My wife Lee Sullivan is a beautiful and talented blogger, and I invite you to visit her site when you have a moment.
As for my blog, it’s my way of capturing the ramblings, thoughts, and ideas that come to me. The topics are varied, and some entries are more intense than others, but overall it’s a collection of the musings my mind chooses to entertain.
It’s hard to believe so much time has past since my first blog post back in November of 2004. Time definitely flies when you’re having fun and/or recovering.
Thank you all for the continued support, encouragement and inspiration. I hope you all keep reading, keep smiling, and keep cashing those bribe checks I’ve been sending. For all you newcomers, thank you for taking the time, and I hope you enjoy the nonsense that rattles around in my head.

I guess Matt and I will have to swap stories. Although now that I am more seriously trying to lose weight, not so much peanut butter in my diet anymore.
