066/365 Grill Master

We’ve been fans for some time now of the Pick Three Sides menu item at Ruby Tuesdays, where you pick three veggies as your meal and then compliment it with the salad bar. Our favorite item by far has been the grilled zucchini, and tonight Lee and I decided to give it a try at home.

After a quick stop at Publix for some round steak and veggies, I fired up the grill. Lee cut the veggies (zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms), mixed them up with some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of seasoned salt.

After about 30 minutes on the grill, they were ready for consumption, and – if I do say so myself – blew away Ruby Tuesday’s.
